Any reservation requests received after this time, including modifications, name changes, and additions for the group will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Please book sooner, rather than later! The local organizing committee is financially responsible if we do not attain a 70% occupancy.

The downtown trolley passes by the front door, providing links to Tropicana Field stadium. The palm-lined courtyard is home to a heated pool, and boasts a 24-hour fitness center. Cure cravings at the 1st St. Coffee Co., Tangerine Restaurant or Dali Lounge.

Airport Transportation: The hotel is located in the heart of St. Petersburg. You will have no problem taking a taxi or a bus from the airport to the hotel. Uber and Lyft are also great options.

Parking: All attendees and registered guests parking a vehicle will be charged at the prevailing daily rate, currently set below and based on availability in our parking lot. Parking charge is subject to change without prior notice. Valet parking is $42.00 per vehicle per night (one vehicle per room).

Option 2: Campus Dorms

USF Housing and Residential Education is partnering with AIESEP 2025 to offer dorm rooms as an option for conference attendees on-campus. Per University regulations, the rooms are single-gender (male, female, non-binary) and you will be given a card to swipe in and out of the dorm area. You may have a roommate (up to 3 roommates). Depending on the dorm, it can hold up to 4 people. If you choose to stay in the dorms, linens will be provided. While registering to stay in a dorm, you will be able to provide the name(s) of people you would like to share a room with. We will try our best to honor this; however, we may not be able to honor all requests. Check-in will be on Sunday, May 18 and check-out will be on Friday, May 22 in the morning (specific times to come). We cannot do individual nights. We only have 50 beds in total available. Once they are gone, they are gone! The cost for this option is $350 and can be added at checkout with conference registration or purchased separately. This rate is for one bed and not the whole dorm room. Refunds for dorm room registration follow the same policy as conference registration (see bottom of registration page).

A Note on Short-Term Rentals in Saint Petersburg, FL:

The city of St. Petersburg has specific rules around short-term rentals (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) that limit how frequently a property can be rented out. In most residential areas, a property can only be used as a short-term rental (defined as less than 30 days) a maximum of 3 times per year, unless it is in a zone that specifically allows hotels/motels or has a special exception. Some areas of Saint Petersburg, like Coastal Islands Overlay districts, prohibit short-term rentals entirely. Hosts must obtain a business tax receipt, collect required taxes, and follow all rules to legally operate. While some short-term rentals fly under the radar, St. Pete is generally considered a strict market for short-term rentals compared to other cities.

Please be advised that some short-term rentals may be operating illegally due to these laws in place, and there is no way to definitively say as a prospective short-term renter who is operating legally or illegally. As a local organizing committee, we encourage you to find housing other than short-term rentals, such as the two options above to avoid any situations where you "lose" your lodging reservation prior to/close to the conference. Short-term rent at your own risk.
