Oral presentations are 10 min (+2 min for Q&A) minutes long. Presenters should plan to speak for 10 minutes and have 2 minutes of questions. Please stay on time. Our chairs have been instructed to limit all presentations to their allocated 12 minutes and they will not let you go over the time frame as this is unfair to other presenters who would have less time. Please arrive 15 minutes before the session.
Uploading your presentation in advance
Please send your presentation using this link before May 17th, 2025.
File format should be Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx).
Important, name the file as: ‘IDxxx_author name’ (e.g.: ID88_Craig Nieman).
All files are kept in a secure folder for the duration of the conference, and will be deleted after the event.
If you can't send your presentation in advance, you can upload your presentation during the conference in the conference registration area. As a backup, we also encourage you to bring your presentation using a USB memory stick.

Poster competition: The AIESEP wants to highlight the poster presentation as an excellent way to present one's research. Therefore, the poster evaluation committee will choose the best three posters in every conference including AIESEP 2025 in St. Petersburg. It may be your poster that brings new, meaningful scientific knowledge to the audience in a visually attractive way!
